Use Spur to track and share your running. Be respectful of other runners. Don't try to break the leaderboards by submitting fake activity — it spoils the game for everyone and we will close accounts that do it.

You're responsible for the activity on your account, including content you post (run titles, descriptions, profile copy). You can delete your account from Settings; we'll remove your data within 30 days.

Spur is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can't guarantee uptime or that every metric is perfectly correct. Don't rely on Spur as a medical device or for safety-critical decisions.

We'll update these terms over time. If we make a material change we'll let you know before it kicks in.
